We are pleased to announce that Anna Ly, has joined the team as accommodation, conference and events (ACE) Coordinator. Anna will liaise with hotels and ConferenceStop’s customers to organise bookings and ensure all their requirements are met to the highest standard.

Anna has extensive experience in the hospitality industry having previously worked at the DoubleTree by Hilton for nine years as Group Conferencing Executive. Anna has also completed a BA (Hons) in Tourism Business Management at the University College of Birmingham.

Speaking of her new role Anna said: “Hospitality Guaranteed has an excellent reputation for the breadth of services it offers, and the high quality it delivers and I am delighted to join the company.

“Having previously organised conferences on behalf of a hotel, I am looking forward to working on the other side of the fence and developing close relationships with our clients to source venues that best suit their specifications.”
