HAPPY 9TH BIRTHDAY HOSPITALITY GUARANTEED!05 Jun 2015

If any of you remember our blog from last year, ordering a cake turned out to be more difficult than we actually thought; we nearly had two! Thankfully, we were more organised this year. We ordered one chocolate cake, two balloons and some candles to help us celebrate 9 years of Hospitality Guaranteed.

How fast this past year has gone….

We wanted to share with you a few updates that have happened over the past 12months:

• We have grown from a team of 8 to 16! With the view of growing to 20 by the end of 2015.
• We have developed flexible packages (self, part and full- managed) so we can meet all our clients requirements- we understand not one fits all!
• We have continued to have a strong growth year on year.
• Our client base has grown significantly, meeting some brilliant new faces.
• We raised £500 for Great North Air Ambulance and this year have chosen a target of £1000 to be raised for a local charity, The Liam Britton Foundation.
• Our team have continued to expand their knowledge on venues and hotels, visiting many sites, and having suppliers come to our offices.
• We have launched Event Stop, which has attracted the attention of many large event organisers- the perfect solution to save time and money that enables you to develop an event webpage to host delegate registrations and post event information.

As always, we have continuously updated our bespoke systems based on client and supplier feedback, and continued to better ourselves.

How can we possibility top this in the next year? We believe our team is stronger, our systems are better, and our positive attitude along with the help of all our fantastic clients and suppliers will help us achieve the goals and targets we have set for 2015/2016!
