Amanda

Director

Amanda has over 16 years experience in the hospitality industry, working for various hotel chains such as The Swallow Hotel Group, Thistle Hotels, QMH, IHG and Devere hotels, in Sales and Regional Account Manager roles.

Amanda and Victoria formed Hospitality Guaranteed in June 2006 with the vision to utilise her vast experience and knowledge from a hospitality and customer service background to help support an array of corporate clients with their hotel and venue sourcing needs. That vision is now a reality with an experienced team and established systems helping support clients across the UK & Europe. This vision has led to the development and launch of various bespoke online booking systems including HGoneStop, ConferenceStop, AccommodationStop and most recently EventStop in 2016 all of which work alongside a dedicated team of specialists within HG.

Victoria

Director

Victoria has a BSc in Business Information Systems and a background in Sales and Marketing. Victoria worked for a division of Kerry Foods in Alberta Canada as Marketing Executive before returning to the UK in 2002 to work for Swallow Hotels and later Devere hotels. It was here that Victoria met her friend and now business partner Amanda Jackson, the pair hit it off and formed Hospitality Guaranteed in joint partnership in June 2006.

Amanda and Victoria are passionate about delivering unsurpassed customer service and are always looking for innovative ideas to improve service, processes and technology. It is this passion that has led to building a dedicated team and bespoke and innovative online solutions that our customers can rely on and trust.

Accounts Assistant

What I do:
I work in the accounts department part-time to ensure it runs effectively and efficiently. I do this by helping out chasing payments, collecting data, reconciling and overall helping out where I can.

How long I've done it for:
I have worked at Hospitality Guaranteed for since May 2014. Previously I spent almost 10 years in an admin/accounts role in the construction industry.

Favourite hotel I've ever stayed in:
The best one so far has to be Redworth Hall Hotel which is a four star Jacobean-style manor house hotel near Durham.

Something not many people know about me:
I love baking and often spend Sunday afternoons baking with my 4 year old son. I have also baked and decorated occasion cakes for friends and family, my favourite being a fairy castle for a little girls second birthday.

E-mail address:

Favourite hotel I've ever stayed in:
Not so much a hotel but a resort, Kuredu - in the Maldives, for my honeymoon, it’s all you can imagine about the picture perfect tropical resort.

Something not many people know about me:
I enjoy walking and running, - I’m not good at sitting still, but mostly I enjoy spending time with my two little girls, who can’t sit still either.

I love travelling and going on mini adventures to different towns and cities, so I have stayed in a variety of hotels. Spot in the Woods in Lyndhurst has got to be my favourite hotel stay so far in the UK. Aside from the hotel staff being amazing and accommodating my every need, this dog friendly boutique hotel was situated in the most beautiful, friendly village. Outside of the UK Snowy Wilderness Lodge in Pallas, Finland is just magical. Everything you could want whilst visiting Santa for the Christmas season.

Something not many people know about me:
I was in the military. I joined the Royal Air Force as an Aerospace Systems Operator; patrolling the UK airspace daily for any potential threats. I absolutely loved my time in the RAF and got to experience many adventures and be part of many different things; all whilst working with a variety of extraordinary people. Two of my favourite activities were the ceremonial drill team and the Theatre Club; weapons and performing been two great passions of mine.
