Stay Safe Commitment:

The safety of our guests and colleagues has always been our top priority but now, as we all adjust, it is at the heart of everything we do.
We are delighted to announce our enhanced measures that will now be our ‘new way of life’ to ensure that you – our valued guest – feel confident in our commitment to ensuring you have a safe and comfortable stay.

Rigorous cleaning and sanitising:
We have developed a rigorous method of cleaning across all areas of our hotel. Developed using industry-leading equipment and advice, we have upped our game in terms of frequency and our systematic method of cleaning, all verified and checked by a senior member of our team throughout the day.

Revised guest services:
We have considered every interaction you enjoy with our team and have revised ways in which you can still experience great customer service, but doing so safely. We have implemented a by-request room clean if you are with us for more than one night and when you are ready to leave, please just leave your key – our reception team will email your receipt later that day.
We would also actively encourage you to pay by card only to avoid cash-handling where possible. Please either pay in-full on arrival or ask reception about setting up credit during your stay with us via a credit card. With our no-check-out policy, we guarantee to resolve any bill queries should you have any within 24 hours.

Investment in your safety:
Investment in equipment, supplies and tools are a small price to pay for your peace of mind. We have installed perspex screens at our front desk, distancing signage and guest sanitising stations throughout our hotel.

Highly trained and capable teams:
From the moment you book through to the day you depart, you will find every single member of our team have undertaken detailed training on how to keep you and themselves, safe in our hotel. We have experienced ‘Clean Champions’ in every department who will check and verify all of our daily safety controls.

Well considered Social Distancing:
Keeping a safe distance will help you and our colleagues enjoy a comfortable and trouble-free stay. We have implemented clear floor and directional signage throughout our hotel to aid this. We also allocate our bedrooms on a rotational basis where possible to allow for further time between guest use. Our Food and Beverage service areas have been redesigned to consider safe capacity during busier periods. And remember, with 38 acres of beautiful grounds and woodland, there is plenty of outdoor space to relax and explore in the fresh air.

Safe Food and Drink Service:
We have designed our menus to ensure you are still able to enjoy a great choice and quality, but with a reduced menu, allowing us to ensure we can prepare, cook and serve this to you safely and professionally. Breakfast is available 0700-10am and dinner 1730-2100, served in our 1911 bar/lounge. We now offer a table-only service in our 1911 bar/lounge. We ask that
all guests book a table a minimum of 24 hours in advance for both breakfast and dinner to allow us to manage our capacity in this area and ensure you are able to enjoy your meal safely. We cannot guarantee availability for dinner without a reservation or a breakfast time of your choice if you do not book in advance. You are very welcome to relax and enjoy a drink in our 1911 Bar and there is no need to book for this in advance. However, note we are offering a table-only service so ask that you do not approach the bar directly.

Externally verified audit and accreditation:
We have teamed up with ‘CSC’, Common Sense Compliance Ltd who are a highly respected provider of safety consultants that have helped us develop our Covid-19 Safety Policy. CSC carry out a thorough audit and provide external accreditation of every safety control and measure we have implemented. This will guide us for continuous improvement and help us adapt as guidelines change around us.
