IHG launch their new Open Lobby Concept

IHG have listened to what their guests have been telling them and have come up with an amazing new idea. They have revolutionised the hotel lobby! It's no longer just a place for arrivals and departures. It's now a flexible environment were guests can eat, drink, work, meet, relax, socialise and have fun. Welcome to Holiday Inns's open lobby concept.

The working day can be topsy-turvy. Unscheduled meetings, late running and crazy meal times. Now guests can eat what they like, when they like, where they like. Unlike other hotels, there are no designated meal times. Guests can order something from the new all day dining menu that's been put together by the Holiday Inn kitchen table. If they want more flexibility, they can grab something from the To Go Cafe and either eat in, eat out or enjoy it in their rooms.

They can also get delicious pancakes to order from the Chef Station, the star of the breakfast show.

Snacks are available 24/7 if its going to be a late one, or guests can drink in the atmosphere over a glass or two with friends and colleagues. It's all part of the Holiday Inn open lobby concept. Just follow the buzz.

The open lobby concept could be just what your guests need after a tough day. A space where they can really wind down and kick off their shoes - literally, if that's what it takes.

There's plenty of space for a meeting, if there's still work to be done. There's free WI-FI so they can catch up on emails, keep up-to date with the latest news online or talk to their family and friends at home. Alternatively, they can borrow on of the hotel's iPads or plug in at the E-Bar. If they're in a more playful mood, there's table football, and a wide choice of board games.

To sum up, The Holiday Inn open lobby concept is a wonderful, flexible space. It just goes to show that you can please all of the people all of the time.
