New Meeting Rooms at Aztec Hotel & Spa, Bristol

Aztec Hotel & Spa, in Bristol, has introduced two multi-purpose meeting rooms, designed to increase productivity and group collaboration.

The changing nature of meetings and conferences over the years means the requirements for event spaces are now different.

There are fewer requests for a traditional boardroom, as companies look for meeting spaces that are more inspiring – including standing room for huddles, comfortable seating for brainstorming and private dining areas.

Meeting Rooms 9 and 10 at Aztec are designed to get delegates thinking ‘outside the box’, with magnetic thinking boards, multiple seating options (including bean bag chairs) and 55-inch LCD TV with HTMI connection.

They are far from being corporate in style, to help make guests feel relaxed and more engaged. The rooms are bright and airy, with feature artwork and lighting.

This means they are suitable for many purposes – from formal meetings through to break-out sessions.

It’s part of the hotel’s £1m redevelopment project.

To celebrate the meeting room refurbishment, Aztec Hotel & Spa is offering a special DDR rate from £40 for all meetings in June.

Aztec’s location, near to motorway networks, makes it ideal for delegates who come from the South West, Midlands and Wales.
