At QHotels we added six former De Vere Hotels and De Vere Luxury Lodges to our portfolio at the end of 2014 offering you a greater choice of outstanding conference and event venues throughout the UK.

The six hotels, located across the UK include the luxury five-star Cameron House on Loch Lomond, Slaley Hall in Northumberland, Oulton Hall in Leeds, Mottram Hall in Cheshire, Dunston Hall in Norfolk and Belton Woods in Lincolnshire.

We now offer greater choice with 27 easily accessible venues, 309 conference and event rooms for up to 1500 delegates, over 3800 bedrooms, free Wi-Fi and award-winning service.

2015 also got off to a record start as we scooped three of the top accolades from VenueVerdict as well as nine of our hotels receiving Gold Standard Accreditations - the most we have ever received. We retained the Gold Standard Group award for the second year running and won No.1 Large Group award for the fourth consecutive year. We also kept the Number One Hotel crown, passing this from The Westerwood Hotel and Golf Resort to Ashford International Hotel.

We were then delighted to be recognised at the Meetings & Incentive Travel (M&IT) Awards, one of the events industry's most important calendar dates, gaining a silver award in Best Venue Group Meeting Product, with our iconic Manchester hotel The Midland winning bronze in the Best UK Hotel category
These recent successes come on the back of a great 2014, which saw QHotels awarded the prestigious AA Hotel Group of the Year, underlining our commitment to deliver outstanding standards of product and service. This fantastic award came on the back of several other accolades that year including the group retaining Recommended Provider status from Which? for the second year running and The Midland winning Hotel of the Year at the Caterer and Hotelkeeper Awards.
