Wynyard Rooms Host Charity Fundraiser

A FUNDRAISING dinner held at Wynyard Park in aid of Hartlepool & District Hospice has proved to be the most successful event of its type in the history of the Hospice.

The evening of fine dining and entertainment which comprised a three course dinner, raffle, charity auction and performances by comedian Steve Tandy and magician Ryan Metcalfe, raised almost £30,000.

The main sponsor for the event which was attended by around 300 guests and took place on Friday July 4, was offshore engineering and fabrication contractor Heerema Hartlepool Ltd, while Wynyard Park provided the venue - its exclusive function room suite The Wynyard Rooms - and sponsored the reception drinks.
